Resolved 2026-08-16 (Track A+C+P+N session)

Mine, one commit old: bug-c-a-multidim-array-decays-with-the-element-stride taught IRPointerStride to answer the ROW stride for a decayed multi-dim array, and the &arr[i] arm asked it for the ELEMENT stride — so &g[1][0] - &g[0][0] divided 8 bytes by 8 and answered 1.

Fixed in 62d3fecb2 by splitting out IRArrayElemStride (the pre-decay answer) for a fully indexed base, and test/carr2d_decay_stride.c now carries the pointer-difference assertions itself rather than relying on a sibling test to make one.
